FRIDAY NIGHT Lecture - "The End of An American Era"

The USA secondary progressed Sun shortly leaves its detriment in Aquarius, ingressing into Pisces the day before the presidential election on 1 November 2004, ending a 30-year era of American history which began with the Fall of Saigon and the end of the Vietnam War in the Spring of 1975.

Robert will astrologically scrutinize the major candidates for the Democratic nomination and the progressed horoscope for Mr. Bush for their chances of victory.  He will also discuss the 106-year USA progressed Sun-Mercury synodic cycle, and the ominous connections of the Bush presidency to William McKinley, who was also a Tecumseh's Curse president.

SATURDAY Workshop - "Jupiter & Saturn"

With the current emphasis on the personal and outer planets, Jupiter and Saturn are often the most neglected planets in the birthchart. These two planets represent a realm of social and spiritual involvement that lies at the heart of outgrowth as individuals. Jupiter and Saturn will be discussed by sign, house, aspect, house rulership, transit and progression.
 

Getting to Know Robert Blaschke

Robert P. Blaschke, founder of Earthwalk School of Astrology in 1992, is an internationally respected full-time professional consulting, lecturing and teaching astrologer. With his third house Scorpio Sun in an exact trine to Uranus, and Pisces Moon with Virgo rising, Robert has had a life-long passion for astrology. He began serious study in 1971, started his practice in February 1979, and became a full-time astrologer in July 1989.

Robert is Past-president of both the Washington State and Oregon Astrological Associations, and past National Coordinator for the ISAR Professional Astrology Speakers Bureau, he has lectured at regional and international astrology conferences in the U.S., Canada and Australia, and has been a guest speaker for many local astrological associations. Since 1991, his articles have regularly appeared in The Mountain Astrologer, KOSMOS, Realta, Considerations, NCGR memberletter, The Journal of AstroPsychology, Geocosmic and many other publications
