Meeting 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, December 18, 2008 - Solstice Party with Mini-Readings & the Psychic Book Exchange

This year we're continuing a winning tradition! We've streamlined the Solstice Party in response to the difficulties of serving an entire holiday meal as we have in the past. So again this year we are asking members to bring -

* Hors d'oeuvres (appetizers, finger foods, happy hour treats), OR

* Your favorite dessert.

The Board will provide beverages (tea, spiced punch, etc.) Board members will bring veggies and salads, etc. but do not plan to make this your main meal of the evening.

If you cannot bring food, please be ready to pay $10 at the door as usual for our holiday parties.

Please bring a WRAPPED astrology book (in good condition, please!) for the book exchange. Everyone has that one astrology book which they're no longer interested in - and it's probably the exact one that someone else has been looking for!

There will be no program as such, but everyone will get a mini-reading from one of our talented psychics!

Membership Renewals

Membership Renewals are due in January. Please help us by paying your 2010 dues at the December meeting. Membership dues are $36/year for individuals and $54/year for couples.

Membership includes a free email newsletter every month and monthly reminders the week before each meeting.

The cost to receive a printed, mailed newsletter is an additional $20/year. This service is available only to members of ASA. Others may find the newsletter on our website.
We Will Be Selling Calendars!

ASA will be selling astrological calendars - perfect for those last-minute holiday gifts!


The Arizona Society of Astrologers (ASA), the oldest and one of the largest statewide astrology organizations, was founded on September 7, 1973 to promote astrology through teaching, lecturing, research and practice in a professional and ethical manner.  The ASA has proudly hosted well-known and inspiring teachers and lecturers from around the world at regular monthly meetings.

ASA was incorporated on September 20, 1974 at 4:30 PM in Scottsdale, AZ.
